I really wanted to look for an impactful job in science where I could apply my skills that I'd picked up through the degree. And here we are. I didn't know that this was where I would be. I didn't know that I had a passion for meteorology. But I found it just so exciting. And so, I'm just so happy to be here and learning new things.

It felt very fulfilling that four years of very hard work at university was rewarded with a position like this. It's a wonderful way to apply your skills and your knowledge to real life problems and situations in a way in which genuinely delivers benefits to the whole of society and you leave work every day feeling good about the way in which you’ve been able contribute to that.
