About our new test website
We’re building a new website for all Australians. Our test website – beta.bom.gov.au – is secure, stable and resilient. It will help us deliver trusted services to all Australians, when it matters most.
Our current website – bom.gov.au – is one of the most visited Australian government websites. Millions of Australians use it every day to make decisions about their safety and security.
This is just the beginning of our journey to improve our products and services. We will continue to build and improve our website.
For now, beta.bom.gov.au will exist side-by-side with bom.gov.au. We want to make sure it meets user needs and expectations before we retire the current website.
Bureau customers access vital information through more than 72,000 unique bom.gov.au web pages. This test website features our most-used content. Some content has not yet been transitioned and will remain unchanged on bom.gov.au. Links to this content are provided on the test website.
