We treat contract information as commercial-in-confidence. We publish only summary details on AusTender and this website.
If more details are requested, we use Australian Government guidelines for official witnesses to decide what information to provide.
We do not disclose information if:
- this would be against the Privacy Act 1988 or other legislation
- we have given an undertaking not to disclose the information.
Our costs
We absorb the cost of complying with this Senate Order as part of our existing administrative activities.
